Because your piece is based on the pictures you upload, make sure to take a clear photo.

Tips for photos:

  • Try hard to get images that are clear, and that the scar outlines are in high contrast to your skin. Here is a good example.
  • If you can't get a good shot, one way to make sure the shape is accurate is to outline the scar in pen right on your skin before you take the picture, like this.
  • Don't worry if the pictures aren't perfect. We will let you know if we need you to retake the picture, and we will help you get the best shot possible.
